CAN I BRING BEER ON THE FLIGHT?

We’re afraid not, but we’ll have plenty of awesome BrewDog beer available on the plane!

You’re allowed to bring a clear plastic bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 100 millilitres or less per item. Placing these items in the small bag and separating from your carry-on baggage facilitates the screening process. Pack items that are in containers larger than 100 millilitres in checked baggage. Any liquid, aerosol, gel, cream or paste that alarms during screening will require additional screening.

Basically, the same as you’d expect at the airport when boarding a plane for your summer hols!

CAN I TAKE MY DOG?

As much as we love dogs at BrewDog, it wouldn’t be fair to our canine friends to take them on the plane for such a short trip abroad, so will have to say no to bringing dogs aboard.

CAN I STAY IN A DIFFERENT HOTEL

This beery adventure is being offered as a packaged price, and therefore it is not possible book your own hotel.

You can also choose to to stay for one night at The DogHouse, our craft beer hotel, for a supplementary fee. We’ll send out an email at a later date with details on how to arrange this!

CAN I FLY THERE/HOME WITH A DIFFERENT AIRLINE?

As the trip is being offered as a package, both flights are included in the price, so you won’t be able to get a discounted fare if you do not use both legs of your flight. And would you really want to forfeit one of your flights on the world’s first craft beer airline!?

If you do wish to extend your stay in the USA and will not be flying on one leg of the journey on BrewDog Airlines then please let us know a minimum of 14 days in advance of flying so we can fill your empty seat with extra beer!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT FLY?

Tickets are unfortunately non-refundable.  Should you be unable to travel however, it will be possible to transfer the ticket to another Equity Punk or their guest of your choosing up to 14 days before the flight. All guests must be travelling with an Equity Punk.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO TRAVEL?

In order to travel to the USA you are required to carry a valid passport along with a valid ETSA. Please visit https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ to apply for your ESTA if you do not already hold one, as this is required in order for you to access the United States. It is your responsibility to have a valid ETSA and if you do not have one you will not be allowed to board the plane and no refund will be given.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Travel insurance covers you against any cost or losses if something should go wrong when you’re on holiday. Whether you’re travelling abroad or in the UK, travel insurance helps you if your holiday plans are disrupted or your accommodation gets cancelled, and is essential in the event that you injure yourself or if your possessions are stolen, lost, or damaged while travelling.

So yea, make sure you take some out!
