#BIRTHDAYPUNK

Birthdays. Like a Christmas Day you don’t have to share with everyone. You still get the presents, but without the need to eat sprouts or sit through an afternoon’s-worth of Dad’s Army (well, unless you want to). Here at BrewDog, we recognise the importance of that special day – which is why our Equity Punk shareholders are entitled to a free beer each and every year on their birthday.
And we would love for our army of investors to tell us what they are having!
Yes, if you are an investor and either painting the town red in a celebratory frenzy of ‘a big one’, or simply taking it easy amidst a spot of quiet reflection, you can share your birthday beer on social media. Simply take a photo of your beer, yourself, your dog or all three and use the hashtag #BirthdayPunk. Tell us what you are enjoying and in which BrewDog bar you are revelling.
The free birthday beer entitlement – which involves any standard measure of any BrewDog draft beer – is just one of the benefits of investing in BrewDog, and runs for as many birthdays as you have left on this wonderful, brewery-rich planet.
Maybe that’s why the Queen has two of them each year; she’s realised how much of a good thing they can be. Well, if her Ma’amship is also a card-carrying Equity Punk, and turns up at BrewDog Camden with her smartphone – she can let us know the beer she’s enjoying (it would have to be Punk IPA, surely?) using the #BirthdayPunk hashtag. Just like all our other celebratory shareholders!
We might not be able to send you a card, but we can pour you a beer. Many happy returns!

If we offered it as the nearest weekend or day of your choice, then - *and this is hypothetical, I'm not saying any of you would do this* - some people could turn up on multiple occasions saying their birthday is coming up, or has just been. Having to show ID on the day in question counters this.
Ross - Let's hope so! ;)
