BREWDOG FANZONE

Equity for Punks V is now live! Click here to find out more about investing in BrewDog.
Our network of BrewDog Bars are beacons in the citadel for many reasons, but chief amongst them is the drive to serve amazing beer to those who love it. Nothing else comes close. Making other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are is about being inclusive and bringing people together. And next week, something else that brings people together is destined to begin a thousand miles away. And we’re all in.
You will be able to watch the World Cup in over a dozen of our bars in the BrewDog FanZone.
You love great craft beer, or you wouldn’t be reading this. If you also love football, then we have you covered. We are creating a series of areas within several of our bars where you can turn your back on sports bars and forget standing on stools in pubs. Head to BrewDog and enjoy a Punk IPA with the match instead of choosing between the usual suspects.
We hate sports bars – we’ll admit it. Not because of the sport; because of the beer. A dozen screens mean nothing if you serve a dozen industrial lagers. Over the next four weeks we are out to prove great sport and great beer belong together. Whether you are a football fan or an Equity Punk, or both, your local BrewDog bar is where beer comes first and football a close second.
From Thursday 14th June head along to the following BrewDog Bars to watch the games - you can book a table with your mates by heading online first. Where we can we are creating the FanZones in their own standalone areas – so downstairs at Castlegate, or Camden, upstairs at Leicester for instance. That way if you want to just kick back with a beer and forget the football then you can do that too!

Just three months after Spain beat the Netherlands 1-0 to win their first World Cup title we opened the very first BrewDog Bar, our flagship in Aberdeen. Fast forward from 2010 and we are now giving fans of the World Cup the opportunity to watch the games with a great craft beer in their hand. Something that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else.
In striking this blow for flavour, choice and craft beer (with a side order of burgers, pizzas and wings) we are bringing people together to celebrate beer and football. The BrewDog FanZones will be rocking that list of our bars for the next four weeks, starting next week on Thursday, 14th June. Whether you love football or hate it, we will have somewhere you can enjoy amazing beer.
That is the most important thing – and that will never change.

The Cardiff Brewdog is two minutes from the Principality Stadium (previously Millennium Stadium) and gets packed on days when there is a rugby international, but goes quiet once the match starts as there's no TV (so far). I suppose the lack of TV lets the staff catch up with preparations for those who will all storm in straight after the matches, so there's good and bad points about showing the matches in the bar.
But, if you want to show the IOM TT, then I'm definitely in !
