As we’re into April, it’s high time we dropped another announcement to captivate an upcoming craft beer catchment area – so here’s some very special news for the good people of East Anglia. Lovers of amazing beer in the canary city – and there are more than a few – may want to block out the end of next week in their collective diaries. Why?

Because BrewDog Norwich opens its doors on Friday 15th April!

We can’t wait to make what is already a fantastic city for beer even better, with an amazing location in a Grade II listed building plumb in the centre of Norwich. The large open-plan bar will be located at 1 Queen Street, at the mid-point of the curving River Wensum a few hundred yards from the iconic Norman Cathedral. We have stripped back to the original timber and brick features and the size of the bar means that we will be rocking a fully-stocked BottleDog from opening as well!

GM Michelle and her hand-picked BrewDog Norwich team will be pouring from 25 taps of curated craft beer, with growler fills for those who desire to take their beer elsewhere. For those that don’t, anything from the stacked shelves of BottleDog can also be opened and enjoyed in the bar, if something takes your fancy!

The bar will also feature a range of perfectly-paired food for those after everything from a simple snack to a full-on meal – including our now-legendary BrewDog melts (as well as wings, hopped-up fries and other tempting delights). Everything is currently being dialled in for the grand opening; we have long wanted to find a home in the city with which to reward our many fans in one of the UK’s most thriving and knowledgeable beery communities.

Keep your eyes peeled too, as our BrewDog beer truck will be patrolling the streets of Norwich over the course of next week to whet the collective appetites of the city! If you receive a flyer from the truck, you can hand it in to receive a bag of BrewDog swag on the 15th! Oh, and on the subject of offering a range of different beers, stay tuned for something truly unique to be revealed about the bar next week!
