Last year we thought our annual festival of UK brewing collaboration couldn’t get any bigger. And now here we are, twelve months later and #CollabFest is set to return for a third year running – bigger and better than ever. Plus, this year, it takes place on Halloween!

Yes, our showcase of British brewing and collaboration hits our bars this Saturday, 31st October.

Once you’ve finished scouring the neighbourhood for pre-bagged jelly sweets, head along to your local BrewDog bar and embrace the creativity and ingenuity of #Collabfest! In case you’re new here – each year we hook up our amazing UK bar teams with a local craft brewery and give them a blank brewsheet. What results is up to the newly-fledged partnership…

Fast-forward to Saturday, when all you have to do is arrive with your tasting pencils primed. All 21 beers will be on offer at each and every UK BrewDog bar throughout the course of the day. Also at the bar you’ll find a custom-made tasting sheet, so you can note down your thoughts and pick a favourite!

So – without further ado – here’s how your Saturday will go down…

Aberdeen & Cromarty – Ghost Writer (5.1%) Baltic porter with cocoa, mulatto chillies

Birmingham & Salopian – Red Mist (5.5%) American amber

Brighton & Burning Sky – God’s Gift (3.5%) Brett pale ale

We love #CollabFest because everyone gains from it. Our bar staff get to learn about the principals and mechanics of brewing first hand (if they don’t know already). The breweries get some super-eager helpers for the day– and you get to drink some amazing…and looking at the list above…utterly unique beers. You can let us know just how amazing or unique by tweeting @BrewDog on Saturday using the #CollabFest2015 hashtag! Be sure and ask the bar staff how they got on during their brewday!

So, which ones are you looking forward to the most?

Thanks for a fab Collabfest 2015 we managed all 21 beers in 2 bars. The staff in Leeds and Shuffledog were brilliant as always. It was very difficult to decide on a favourite so my top 3 were Honey, Jamaican me ginger, Big Raspberry Dog chew and Professor Plum

I think me and the hubby will be trying all/most of these, like we did last year.
The biggest decision is which bar, Manchester or Liverpool?

Looking forward to Glasgow, Manchester and Shoreditch.

Shepherd's Bush was my favourite last year, but deciding to trek between the Shoreditch and Clapham bars wasn't our best drunken idea.

Graeme - You'll have to head to Aberdeen!
Graeme 28.10.2015 @ 10:38am
Are all these beers going to be on at the Ellon dogtap? Or am I going to have to head down to Aberdeen?
anonymous 28.10.2015 @ 10:32am
Any stout/porter with chillis in it is worth looking forward to!

In fact, looking forward to trying all the dark beers.

ChrisMoss - Ah, shame!

Jamie - Siren are a fantastic brewery; I think it's maybe just down to the fact that they are not that close to any of our current UK bars (we try to keep CollabFest local, wherever possible)
Chris M 28.10.2015 @ 12:38am
Looks amazing but a sadly too short notice for me to make it!
Jamie 27.10.2015 @ 7:37pm
This looks amazing! Can't wait to try some of the beers. Only weird thing is why Siren aren't involved? Well up there with these breweries and probably best known for collaborations than anyone?
BrewDog Rich 27.10.2015 @ 4:03pm
Gareth - Not all of them, no - but we do have additional kegs of each beer that will be appearing at other bars in the near future, so there may well be some that appear at Soho once it opens!

Mark - It's free, aside from the beers of course ;) - just head along to your nearest UK BrewDog bar

Jambo - The beers might not be on at Dog Eat Dog but they will be at Camden and Shoreditch, not too far away!
Jambo 27.10.2015 @ 3:54pm
Not every brewdog bar. Where's Angel, London?
Mark Johnson 27.10.2015 @ 2:56pm
How much is this to attend?
Gareth 27.10.2015 @ 1:26pm
Wow, that list looks amazing!
Although it's opening a little late for this, will Soho will have these beers on when it opens?
Michael 27.10.2015 @ 1:15pm
That's the best name for a Chokeberry beer I have ever seen
BrewDog Rich 27.10.2015 @ 1:01pm
Pete - I've no idea about the plums, maybe they are in season? Let us know your pick of the beers though!
Pete H 27.10.2015 @ 12:52pm
Thanks guys. You have just sorted what I am doing on Saturday.

So many up and coming names involved - Mad Hatter, Liverpool Craft, Fallen, Alechemy, BBNo, Fyne, Northern Monk, Black Iris, Redchurch, etc.
There are only 2 or 3 brewery names that I don't know.

My only worry is there seems to be a lot of fruit based drinks. Plum is a recurring theme.
Any particular reason, or did you just happen to get a job lot of plums really cheap ?
