The two things we care about more than any other at BrewDog are our beer, and our people. The amazing work done by our bars teams up and down the country (and around the world) is a testament to their love of craft beer, and their enthusiasm for spreading the message to everyone who opens the door to one of our bars. And for one awesome weekend in October those twin pillars unite under the thundering majesty of one amazing festival.

Yes, #CollabFest is back for a fourth year – and it is bigger and better than ever.

We have realised that a single day to showcase the amazing state of British brewing and the inventiveness of our UK Bar crews just isn’t enough – so for this running of the festival we have tripled its length! With an incredible 27 different beers on offer in each and every UK BrewDog Bar (aside from DogTap and the BottleDog bar in King's Cross), we are hosting this incredible event over an entire three-day weekend. #CollabFest2016 is set to take place Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd October.

For those not familiar with #CollabFest, what happens is that in later summer each one of our UK BrewDog bars pairs up with an amazing local brewery and our teams then head over to create and brew a beer of their choice. The style, ingredients, inspiration – all is up to them. The fantastic breweries then produce enough kegs of each beer for to cover our UK Bars, and in the penultimate weekend in October we synchronise taps and pour the beers for your enjoyment.

We’ll have full details on the beers themselves next week on the blog – so tune back in for that – but today we can reveal those all-important combinations of BrewDog bar and brewery. Where did our awesome staff venture to on their brewdays? We’ve never had this many epic partnerships before, so check out the list to find your potential favourite!

All of our teams had a blast working through the brewing process on their respective brewdays, learning as they went and returning ever-more eager to dispense craft beer to the people and pass on next-level advice to anyone in the bar unsure of exactly what kind of beer or food pairing they might like!

#CollabFest 2016 kicks off on Friday 21st October and runs throughout the weekend; head down to your local BrewDog bar and complete the custom-made tasting sheet, noting down your thoughts, and chat to the brewers themselves and our bar crews who came up with the beers. Don’t forget to use the #CollabFest2016 hashtag to share your snaps and reviews, and for the first time you’ll also be able to unlock an epic Untappd badge to mark your progress, too!

Let us know in the comments which brewery/bar combo you’re most intrigued about…

Lots of new breweries I haven't heard much about this year. Great way to publicise their existence to the wider beer community!

Some great beers on the listed, although a little disappointed that my local (Norwich) went to a London brewer rather than one of the many amazing Norfolk, or even East Anglian breweries. That said, BBNo make terrific beer, so I can't complain that much.
Mack 11.10.2016 @ 12:45pm
Soho and FOREpure???

Wow. Some great new names involved this year.
Glad you got Siren, Fallen, Alechemy and Wiper & True on board, as I've been raving about their beers for ages.
And the mighty Cloudwater, Liverpool Craft and BBNo.
Just a shame there is no Kernel or Buxton, but you can't have everything ... (Or can you ??)

There are a few breweries there I've never heard of - which is great and exactly what this kind of festival should be about!
