Our epic #PunkAGM2016 rocked the AECC over the weekend, with thousands of our shareholders celebrating another year of BrewDog with amazing beer, music and food. And also, for the first time – spirits. The longest and most persistent lines all day were for the tasters and further info on our Lone Wolf programme, with our head of distillation Steven Kersley bombarded with questions all afternoon – the interest was simply incredible.

And for those with an interest, there is just over a week left to join the Lone Wolf Founders Club.

As Martin and James revealed in their business talk at the AGM, our Lone Wolf programme is due to begin in a couple of weeks’ time, following a series of test batches and blending trials. We cannot wait to bring our hand-made copper stills fully to life at the end of the month and begin producing bespoke BrewDog gins, vodkas, whiskies and more. So here’s how we are going to reward those of you who invest in Equity for Punks IV at a level to become a member of our brand new Lone Wolf Founders Club…

Part of our Boosted Benefits programme for anyone seeking to rock next level investment, the club has several tiered rewards for investing £5,000, £10,000, £20,000 and £50,000 in Equity for Punks IV, calculated on the total investment in EFPIV (so if you have already purchased shares in this round, you can still add to your total to reach one of the levels). Plus, the Boosted spirits Benefits will be in addition to all the other existing perks of being a BrewDog shareholder, of course!

Lone Wolf Founders Club Tier 1 £5,000 (106 shares or more)

For this first level you will receive a limited-edition, numbered, case of the first vodka and the first gin that our distillery produces. Sent to your address, two cases of distillation history. Three actually – as you will also receive an exclusive case of single-cask Lone Wolf whisky.

Lone Wolf Founders Club Tier 2 £10,000 (211 shares or more)

For those looking to step up to the second tier of the Lone Wolf Founders Club you will qualify for something exceedingly rare – a case of the first bottling run of Lone Wolf whisky (often the most sought-after of releases). Plus you’ll receive a case of single-cask Lone Wolf whisky aged in an Equity Punk-only cask that will not be released or sold publicly.

Lone Wolf Founders Club Tier 3 £20,000 (422 shares or more)

Invest at this level and the reward will be your own ¼ barrel cask of Lone Wolf whisky, and the ability to call the shots. How long should we age it? That’s up to you. When it gets bottled – your call. Also we will invite you to design your own unique gin, distil it in our Ellon brewhouse and then receive four cases for your collection!

Lone Wolf Founders Club Tier 4 £50,000 (1,053 shares or more)

Finally, for those looking to hit the top tier of rewards for the spirits arm of Boosted Benefits, the money-can’t-buy full barrel cask of Lone Wolf whisky, again aged and bottled exactly on your say-so. Your own cask, contents tailored to your liking and dispatched to your address. On top of this, you’ll also get the chance to design and distil your own bespoke gin and receive four cases.

The plan for our Lone Wolf Distillery is a very simple one – to make as big an impact on the spirits industry as we did with the brewing industry. We had long been disillusioned and frustrated with the former – the lack of innovation and the reliance on bulk-purchased neutral spirit to ‘craft’ a gin or vodka. We decided to take on the challenge, and develop our own spirits distillery to shake up the established players, and the new faux brigade. And Lone Wolf is our answer.
