INTRODUCING OUR NEW WEBSITE

INTRODUCING OUR NEW WEBSITE

Today, we are stoked to reveal a totally revamped, brand new website! Although we last refreshed back in August, it was always with a plan to return and really dial it in to how we fully wanted things to look. And that moment is right now! We are keen to make it as effortless, fun and intuitive as possible to find out about us, our beer and our philosophy.

Working with the great folks over at Dundee-based MTC we have totally overhauled the existing BrewDog website, giving it a fresh new look and feel. The central spine of the website remains – you can check out the Lowdown of what we are up to, explore our network of bars, and – of course – buy any of our beers in stock via our super-fast online web shop.

Here’s Captain James to sum up our thoughts on the overhaul!

“At BrewDog we are extremely excited for our complete revamp of the website. This isn’t just a new skin, it’s a wicked-cool, BRAND NEW site with improved functionality, content, and usability across the board. We’ve been working extremely hard with the amazing Dundee based media company, MTC, to design and launch this stellar site. Much like our packaging update throughout 2014, it was time to change and redevelop our website to match our growth, attitude and overall mission – to educate and encourage passionate people to drink great craft beer.”

So, make yourself a brew (or take one from the fridge), have a look around, and let us know what you think! We want this website to be as user-friendly as possible, and to fully reflect not just our company, but the awesomeness of the modern British craft beer scene. Although our website has changed, our over-riding ethos has not; and neither has that amazing beer in your glass…

Having the events ordered the opposite to before seems weird. now to see the next events coming up you have to keep loading more and more

Looks great. I'm not a UX specialist so will have to wait before passing comment on that front once I've got used to the new way things work. One request: sort by A-Z option in the shop. Cheers!

You have to tweak the responsive stylesheet, if the browser window is less than 1160px wide it falls back to single column with text in full width, this reduce readability.

Easy to navigate and I am using my phone. Loads swiftly. The only point of criticism is the sizing chart. It doesn't make sense using the sizing you have chosen.Although line A refers to the width of the tshirt, most people may see it as the actual chest size. These wouldn't fit people very well.

Site just seems stuck on a mobile-friendly version for me, even when viewing on browser through a PC. Has the blog totally gone too? I can't access it. :(
