Our V3 Gin is ready. The perfect culmination of craft and science. We believe the finest ingredients and exacting processes make the finest spirit. And that practice makes perfect gin. That’s why our V3 is actually our 181st prototype (but who’s counting). Well, we are. V1 and V2 were the 151st and 152nd. So we’ve put in a shift since then.

We build all our gins on pure grain foundations. And control every facet of the process - we couldn’t call it craft otherwise. From grain to mash to fermentation to distillation to glass. Creating a series of pure bloodline spirits that stand apart in a world of formula.

No corners cut, no compromises made, just the finest pure grain spirit. V3 is the ultimate (or perhaps penultimate?!) incarnation of that mantra. A limited edition of 1000 bottles.

Our latest feral offspring is now released into the world. We’ve retuned it, reformulating our previous ingredients and adding in lavender and Scots pine needles. A subtle change but one, we’re sure you’ll agree, was worth making.

Our gin is transparent and so are we. This gin is purity personified. 100% malt barley spirit with juniper, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, pink peppercorn, Thai lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaf, mace, almond, fresh lemon peel, fresh red grapefruit peel, lavender and Scots pine needles.
