PUNK AGM USA 2017 – THE LOWDOWN

Equity Punks! If you’ve secured your free space at our epic #PunkAGMUSA2017 set to take place this coming Saturday at our Columbus brewhouse, we figured it was time to run-down the beers, bands, food and general mayhem on offer. If you’d like to attend but have not reserved your place, then don’t sweat it! There is still time. So, once that invite is secured and your lucky pal notified, here’s all you need to know on the second running of our soon-to-be-legendary Punk AGM in Columbus:-

Our AGM is taking place at our Columbus brewery on Saturday August 26th for our Equity Punk shareholders and their invited guests – you can find us at 96 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110 and things kick off at 1pm!

A free shuttle bus is running to our brewery (and back) all day long, you can catch it at 463 W Town St, Columbus, OH 43215 (the site of our upcoming Franklinton bar). Starting from 12pm the bus will leave Franklinton every hour on the hour and will leave our DogTap to return every hour on the half-hour. First come, first served the bus seats 54 punks so maybe get to Franklinton early and have a beer at Land Grant before catching it to our AGM!

Speaking of beers, on the day we will be pouring US-brewed Punk IPA, Jet Black Heart, Dead Pony Club and Elvis Juice as well as some super-fresh BrewDog beers we have air-freighted over to Ohio. So look out for Hazy Jane, Pump Action Poet, Raspberry Blitz, Paradox Rye and more. Be sure and grab a beer to take around our brewery on the tours that run every fifteen minutes!

We also have an amazing series of guest beers pouring from (and by) our friends at Land Grant Brewing, Rhinegeist, Jackie O’s, Madtree and North High Brewing. There will be exclusive tastings led by each of these guys throughout the day where they will be pouring some of their latest and rarest offerings, and answering questions from you guys on anything you can think of.

Our AGMs are also every bit as much about the music as the beer, and for our #PunkAGMUSA2017 we have assembled a truly amazing line-up of music. Following James and Martin’s business update our Equity Punks can kick back to tunes from Captain Kidd, The Sidekicks, Skawshank Redemption and others – plus a headline set from our good friends and fellow Scots Twin Atlantic!

To keep our legion of punks well fed there will be a range of food trucks serving all day such as Aloha Streatery, Sunnyside Tacos, the Burrito Bus, Dim Sum Luck, Zachariah’s Redeye BBQ and more. If you’ve already paid for tickets then that’s cool, we’ll get you in fast and get you beers to make up the ticket price – for everyone else who owns a BrewDog Equity Punk card, there is still time to join them for free!
