Last summer we took the biggest step in our decade-long history by upping the ante on our innovative business model Equity for Punks. For the first time we stretched the boundaries of our shareholder offering and invited craft beer drinkers from around the world to become part of the BrewDog community by investing in BrewDog USA. In the year since we have grown our army of US Equity Punks to over 6,000 in number!

And you can still join them as a BrewDog USA shareholder, but time is running out.

It’s been quite a ride but there are now just two weeks in which to invest in BrewDog USA, which you can do by visiting our page on BankRoll. You can buy a part of BrewDog USA for just $95 and secure for yourself a raft of benefits as well as an equity stake in our business.

When we launched Equity for Punks USA in 2016, our Columbus operations were just taking shape. The building was a shell and our fermentation tanks were steaming their way across the Atlantic. Fast-forward a year and our brewhouse is now complete, DogTap is open (and has welcomed thousands of guests) and last week our amazing crew in Columbus passed the biggest milestone of them all. Kegs of US-brewed Punk IPA hit the taps of thirty Ohio-area craft beer bars!

Mark M - Great gift! It's pretty easy to be that generous - just buy the shares in your own name and then email equitypunks@brewdog.com, they will create an account in the name of your brother in law and then transfer the shares over to him. All he has to do then is buy you a beer ;)

I would love to buy my Brother -In-Law who lives in Ohio shares as a birthday present. How can I do this when the account paying for the shares has to be in the same name as the investor?

Brian - All is good, pal - yes. That was an unfortunate typo which crept in and we can't change whilst the raise is open. You're fine to go ahead and invest, thank you for supporting us as we build our community in the US!

Mega excited about equity for punks USA and went to plough in $6000 last night, only issue I'm having is at step 6 out of 7 at the top of the legal document it reads "Jamers Watt" and at the bottom is reads "James Watt". Clearly a typo but can I have some clarification that it is all good pal before investing? I've already contacted via Twitter yesterday but no response and really eager to invest asap! Drinking a nice cold Elvis juice as I write this.......

Jeremy - That's amazing to hear, thank you. Hopefully we'll see you at the AGM in August?

Riley - Sadly not, unfortunately legal reasons meant we could not extend our referral programme to BrewDog USA. If you do refer that friend, at least they'll hopefully buy you a beer :)

Bloodnok - We are concentrating on Ohio for now but stand by for future updates on distribution to other US States!

As a shareholder that lives 15 minutes from the Columbus Ohio BD. I am so excited to be able to see everything firsthand. Everything that you look for in a establishment for a great experience plus to be part of this explosion from the ground up here is mind blowing. As a investor nothing but great things to come to many more locations . To be part of this now I can't wait to see a few years from now. I will be glad that I was smart enough to ride the BD wave.
